We ae currently looking to recruit a trainee Deputy Manager. You need to be motivated, caring and ready to take the next step into management.

The role will be for 37.5 hours a week, usually between 09:00 to 16:30 Monday to Friday. You will be expected to undertake care calls and take part in the On-call rota.

Interviews will be held

Requirements:

  • Minimum Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care (Adults) or its equivalent.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Full driving licence.
  • Satisfactory enhanced DBS.
